Provincial Livestock Fencing Program
This is an applicant driven fencing program designed to help livestock producers uphold their responsibility to keep livestock away from provincial highway corridors.
Applications are reviewed by a committee, and projects are selected based on several factors, including current fence condition, livestock headcount and highway designation.
Once projects are selected, the BCCA solicits quotes from local contractors to repair and replace the fencing.
