The Highways and Railroads Fencing Program has two main objectives.
The primary goal is to minimize risks to public safety, the secondary goal is to reduce losses to livestock.

• Schedule 1 & 2 Highway and Railway       
• Must be a livestock producer.
• The fence must be part of a fencing system to contain livestock
